K-8 Schoolhouse: Roof “dry-in” (see above), readying the school for for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installations. Mechanical duct work has begun Gym: Wall and roof framing, with installation of structural insulated panels (SIPs). Dorm: Drywall taping and finishing. Campus: Water farm excavation and installation begins.
K-8 Schoolhouse: MEP installations continue. Finalization of FF&E (furnishings, fixtures and equipment) selection. Gym: Roof dry-in. Pouring concrete floor. Dorm: Interior finishes (paint/flooring/cabinetry). Campus: Right-of-way permitting underway for natural gas main line extension. Ongoing: Music & Science Learning Center: scrubbing the budget on first round of design.
K-8 Schoolhouse: steel erection, roof framing and roof truss installation completed. Gym: foundation backfilled (see above) and sub-slab MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-in installed. Dorm: after a delay to replace the dorm’s existing pipes, the fire sprinkler was installed and passed inspection; fire alarm went in too.
